Premier League 2024/25 Betting: To Be Relegated

As the 2024/25 Premier League season approaches, betting on which teams will be relegated is heating up. Leicester City, with odds at 2/5, and Ipswich at 8/11, are currently the favourites for relegation. Everton, at 13/8, and Nottingham Forest, at 2/1, also face significant risks of dropping down to the Championship.

Other teams with notable relegation odds include Brentford at 5/1, Fulham at 11/2, and Crystal Palace at 9/1. Southampton, with odds of 11/8, and Wolverhampton at 7/2, are also in the mix for potential relegation battles.

At the other end of the spectrum, teams like Manchester United (150/1), Newcastle (150/1), Arsenal (2000/1), and Liverpool (2000/1) are seen as highly unlikely to face relegation, reflecting their strong squad depth and past performances.

Premier League 2024/25 Betting: Not To Be Relegated

Several teams are considered strong candidates in the 2024/25 Premier League season to avoid relegation.

Leicester, with odds at 7/4, and Ipswich, at 1/1, are among those with relatively higher chances of being relegated but are still favoured to stay up. Everton, at 4/9, and Nottingham Forest, at 4/11, also have significant chances of survival according to the betting odds.

Teams like Brentford, Fulham, and Crystal Palace, with odds of 1/8, 1/9, and 1/16 respectively, are considered safe bets to remain in the top flight.

Chelsea and Manchester City, with odds at 1/66 and 1/40, are seen as virtually certain to avoid the drop. The Premier League champions would have been much higher odds, but there is a remote chance that they could be relegated if the 115 charges against them are proven.

Newcastle and Manchester United, both at 1/1500, and Tottenham at 1/2500, are almost guaranteed to stay up, highlighting their strong squad depth and performances.

This market reflects the varying degrees of confidence in each team’s ability to maintain their Premier League status.

Arsenal, with odds of 2/9, and Chelsea, at 11/8, are also strong candidates, showcasing robust squads capable of competing at the highest level. Newcastle and Manchester United, both at 2/1, are positioned as strong challengers for Champions League qualification.

Premier League 2024/25 Betting: To Finish Bottom

The battle to avoid finishing bottom of the Premier League table is expected to be fierce in the 2024/25 season. Leicester City is the favourite to finish last, with odds at 7/4, reflecting significant challenges in their squad depth and performance. Ipswich follows closely at 5/2, indicating a tough season ahead for the newly promoted side.

Everton, at 8/1, and Nottingham Forest, also at 8/1, are other potential candidates for the bottom spot, highlighting their struggles to maintain consistent form. Brentford and Fulham, both at 14/1, face considerable challenges but have slightly better prospects.

Premier League 2024/25 Special Bets: To Remain Unbeaten

Achieving an unbeaten season in the English top-flight is an extraordinary feat, accomplished only a few times in history. Preston North End first achieved this in the inaugural 1888–89 season.

Arsenal famously did it in the 2003/04 season, earning the nickname “The Invincibles” for their 38-match unbeaten run.

For the 2024/25 season, Manchester City leads the odds at 25/1 to replicate this rare achievement. Arsenal follows at 80/1, with Liverpool at 200/1. Chelsea and Manchester United are at 500/1, while Newcastle, Aston Villa, and Tottenham are long shots at 1000/1.

Premier League 2024/25 Betting

With the upcoming Premier League season fast approaching, supporters and football betting fans will be counting down the days before the action starts.

For many, this is the perfect time to submit their predictions, as many factors can affect the odds offered.

Some teams, for example, Manchester United, have already been active in the transfer market, and their odds of finishing in the top four have now tumbled to 2/1 with Betfred from their previous 5/1.

With teams like City and Liverpool yet to strike, acting sooner rather than later may be sensible if you fancy their chances.

Player movement can also affect the odds. I, for one, will be interested to see what happens with Ivan Toney.

The England man has long been rumoured to be on his way from Brentford, and if that happens, you have to feel that would be a significant loss for The Bees. The London side limped to a 16th-place finish last season, so if he goes, I’ll be tempted to bet on them to drop to the Championship.

Likewise, if Chelsea solves their striker crisis with someone like Armando Broja or Victor Osimhen, the 20/1 currently on offer is starting to sound like great value, and I’d be tempted.

Whoever you are backing, thankfully, there isn’t too much longer to wait with the Community Shield on August 10. Six days later, the 2024/25 season gets underway, with Manchester United taking on Fulham on Friday night.
